Catherine, Princess of Wales, has done a daring makeover to attend the coronation concert tonight.
She joined the rest of the Royal Family at the extravagant musical special held at Windsor Castle, where she sat front row, putting a vibrant spin on her elegant style. The princess looked lovely in a scarlet Alexander McQueen ensemble she previously wore to a Shaping Us pre-campaign launch event last January. It consists of a plunging asymmetrical wrap blazer and matching flared pants.
She accessorized the outfit with a silver necklace from Van Cleef & Arpels featuring several floral pendants of varying sizes. Her glamorous evening look included pink blush and a subtle smoky eye.
The rest of the Wales family coordinated in white and navy ensembles, with all family members (apart from Prince Louis, who was not present) sporting the colors of the British flag. Prince William and Prince George wore matching traditional navy suits and white shirts – William paired his with a blue and black patterned tie, while George wore a navy polka dot tie.
Meanwhile, Charlotte looked adorable in an off-white ruffled dress with frills and a black bow in the center of the double collar.
Earlier today, the Prince and Princess of Wales surprised revelers by attending the Coronation Big Lunch, one of several nationwide gatherings taking place across the UK for the second day of Coronation weekend. Kate looked relaxed and chic in a light blue linen blazer by Reiss layered over a simple white top and tucked into black trousers. She finished the look with a pair of pristine white sneakers from Veja, and her accessories included pearl earrings and her sapphire and diamond engagement ring.
She was seen chatting and posing for photos with guests and fans.
The Princess also looked stunning at King Charles III’s coronation ceremony held at Westminster Abbey yesterday. For the occasion, she wore an Alexander McQueen ivory silk crepe dress under a blue evening dress. Her accessories included royal blue Aquazzura heels, jewelry that previously belonged to Queen Elizabeth II and Princess Diana, and a Jess Collett x Alexander McQueen headpiece with silver bars, crystal and three-dimensional leaf embroidery over silver.
